Return Policy

Returns on non personalized items can be made by contacting us within 7 days of receiving. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of Sugar Coated Soirees receiving the item, granted it is in unused condition. 

There are no returns on personalized items or digital downloads. 

In the event a defective or incorrect item is received Sugar Coated Soirees will provide a shipping label via email for customer to print. Item must be shipping within 7 days of receiving label.
